At HairByOmez, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and enjoyable. Below is everything you need to know about shipping, payments, and returns.
Order Processing & Shipping
All orders are handmade and processed within 1–2 business days.
Standard Delivery: Typically 4-5 business days after your order ships.
International Shipping: Typically 4-5 business days.
U.S Standard international shipping costs $10.00
Shipping within Lagos: $6.00
Shipping outside Lagos: $6.00
Shipping within Canada: $10.00
Rest of the world: $30.00 depending on the total weight of your items.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
If you’d like signature confirmation, please contact us via email.
If no one is present at delivery, packages may be left at your address. HairByOmez is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to events beyond our control, including customs delays, severe weather, or service interruptions.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. These fees are not included in your order total and may be collected at delivery.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
Payments & Discounts
Discount codes must be applied at checkout. We cannot add codes or change pricing after an order is finalized. Only one code per purchase.
Currency exchange rates may vary and affect final pricing for international customers.
Refunds & Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Items that are damaged, altered, or used are not eligible for return.
Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.
How to Return:
Email us at omezafrica@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and reason for the return.
Once approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
